| 1. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept payment by debit or credit card. We are sorry but we do not accept cash. We can accept payment via the telephone for credit or debit card. Please refer Terms of Sale for more information. 2. Conditions Access to this website and products available throughout this website are subjected to the following conditions. By using this website, you agree to all conditions set out in this website. We may update the conditions from time to time therefore you are advised to check this page regularly. 3. Copyright All product images, text description, logos and company name found in this website belongs to Nemesis Now Ltd. You may download and print the content for personal use. Any reproduction of the content either in the form of printed material or publish online in other websites is prohibited. If you need to use any of the content stated herein, you must obtain prior permission from us. 4. Terms of Sale :- "You" refers to the user of this website and the purchaser of goods :- "We", "Us" refers to Nemesis Now Ltd By placing an order, you are agreeing to the purchase of goods from us and that you are over 18 years of age. Our confirmation order screen will detail the products you ordered, the total cost including VAT, delivery charges and an order number. A copy of the confirmation order is also emailed to you. As a precaution you should print out the order and quote the order number for future references. This email will only be an acknowledgement and does not constitute a binding contract. When we have despatched the goods, we will send you an invoice to your email address. Only then will this indicates acceptance of your order. No contract will be formed between us until we despatch your goods. 4.1 Pricing & Availability We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices and images are correct at all times. However errors do occur. If this happens, we will rectify all errors within a reasonable timeframe. If we discover pricing error on the products you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will then be given an option to either cancel or agree to the correct price. If some of the items you ordered are not available, we will contact you and let you know. 4.2 Payment Orders placed online can be paid by credit/debit card, delta, maestro, switch, solo, electron and JCB. We will carry out preauthorisation check on your payment account to ensure enough fund is available to complete the transaction. 4.3 Delivery Information We will endeavour to despatch within 3 to 5 working days. You will be informed by email when we have despatched your order. Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive the order within the stipulated time, we shall not be liable for any costs or damages arising from any failure to meet the delivery time. 4.4 Shipping Information Royal Mail standard delivery applies to all items in this website. Please refer table below for delivery charges. We will only deliver to mainland UK at this time. We also charge a handling fee of £1.175 for every order.
4.5 Order Returns Policy If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible or within 7 days of receipt by completing our online Refund Request form. You will then be advised accordingly on the return procedure. Alternatively you can reach us by contacting our Customer Service on 01782 596660 between 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2:30pm on Friday. In the event that we have dispatched your order, you will need to return the goods by following the general guidelines below. Returns procedure :- You will need to return the goods together with the email copy of your delivery invoice. :- You agree to return all goods in fully resalable condition and in original and undamaged packaging :- You will bear all costs of returning the goods. If we find that the goods returned are not in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or charge up to 50% of the original price which will be deducted from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. 4.6 Faulty or Damaged Goods We will always ensure all goods leaving the warehouse are damaged free. Should you received any items that are damaged, faulty or not what was ordered, you will need to complete the Refund Request form, quoting the order number within 7 days of receipt. |
